ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency officially opened its doors in August 2025, and we’ve built a talented team of four professionals who are passionate about helping others while enjoying a positive, collaborative work environment. Before opening the agency, I spent 25 years as a business owner in the bridal industry selling wedding gowns across the country. I was ready for a new chapter, and having been a loyal State Farm customer - I reached out to my own agent, which sparked my journey into agency ownership.

I’ve always loved being deeply connected to my community, and that continues to be a big part of who I am today. I currently serve on Solutions Utah Board in Salt Lake City, where I help advocate for local initiatives and policies that make a difference. I’m fortunate to have a wide network of local business owners, friends, and colleagues, and I love spending my free time practicing yoga and enjoying the outdoors on my recreational vehicles.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nicole Hutchings - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
