ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency officially opened its doors in August 2025, and we’ve built a talented team of four professionals who are passionate about helping others while enjoying a positive, collaborative work environment. Before opening the agency, I spent 25 years as a business owner in the bridal industry selling wedding gowns across the country. I was ready for a new chapter, and having been a loyal State Farm customer - I reached out to my own agent, which sparked my journey into agency ownership.

I’ve always loved being deeply connected to my community, and that continues to be a big part of who I am today. I currently serve on Solutions Utah Board in Salt Lake City, where I help advocate for local initiatives and policies that make a difference. I’m fortunate to have a wide network of local business owners, friends, and colleagues, and I love spending my free time practicing yoga and enjoying the outdoors on my recreational vehicles.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicole Hutchings - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensación: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
